If you are seeking R&D space, or advice on developing life sciences space, we can help.

As the cluster organisation representing life sciences in London, our purpose is to catalyse growth. We help to ensure this by supporting supply of appropriate real estate in order to optimise the expansion of healthcare businesses and industry. Through our work with the sector, and our extensive networks across London’s life sciences innovation districts, we have a unique depth of understanding of the infrastructure needs of life science companies.

LOOKING FOR R&D SPACE?
Find it through MedCity Lab Providers’ Forum.

To make it easier for companies to find R&D or manufacturing space, MedCity has brought together lab providers in London and beyond to provide an easy-to-access, free brokerage service.

Our lab providers are located within key life science clusters, including Imperial White City, the Knowledge Quarter in Kings Cross, SC1 Innovation District and Kings College Medtech Campus, Queen Mary’s University London Science Hub, the Innovation Gateway at Sutton and the Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult at Stevenage.

If you are a company looking for space, or a lab provider who would like to join the Forum, please contact us for more information and support.

SEEKING ADVICE ON REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT?

We are life science experts and a neutral convener with networks at Local Authority level, Higher Education Institutions, NHS Trusts, industry, investors and policy-makers. We advise on cluster development strategy to attract inward investment based on strengths and demand, and deliver targeted programmes to support businesses to scale, delivering benefits to the community and region.

Examples of our work include mapping life science assets and activity in local boroughs, advising real estate investors and developers on strategic projects such as the British Library extension, informing the discussion on cluster development policy at local and national level, and reporting on demand for life sciences R&D space.

If you would like to discuss how we can support your plans, please get in touch.
