On Tuesday 16 October 2018, the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) will be holding a roadshow at The Bradfield Centre, Cambridge Science Park to showcase the NIHR capabilities and resources to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with interests in MedTech and based in the East of England. The event will also outline the wider innovation landscape and resources in the East of England.
The NIHR Brain Injury MedTech Co-operative is partnering with the NIHR inventions 4 innovation (i4i) funding programme, to raise the profile of the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) strategic intentions to improve NHS adoption of novel solutions.
The MedTech Co-operative, launched in January 2018, builds on the established Healthcare Technology Co-operative (HTC), 2013-2018. We are well-placed to facilitate your access to resources from amongst the NIHR and innovation family either directly or indirectly. As an example, our Register for Healthcare Involvement and Technology Evaluation (RHITE) is a means to engaging with patients and carers ( www.brainmic.nihr.ac.uk/rhite ).
Tell us a bit about yourself, by completing our Industry Engagement Proforma, so that we can help you in the best way for you (see attached).
