An event aimed at improving diversity in BioPharma boardrooms takes place on 28 March, following a study by Liftstream revealing that women represent only 10% of biotech board directors and nearly half of boards remain all male.

Organised by Liftstream, an executive recruitment company for the global life sciences sector, and supported by MedCity, this event will profile the latest research, best practice and insights for industry leaders.

We welcome company directors, executives and leaders from across the life sciences sector to hear about the business performance and cultural advantages of diversity, including how it can improve innovation, strategy and financial returns; enhance human capital management, and mitigate organisational risk.
